Jin Guan Yin (金观音) is a special cultivar of Tie Guan Yin and Huang Jing Gui. Young Huang Jin Gui tea bushes are cut and then Tie Guan Yin varietal is grafted with it.
 
This is the highest grade of Tie Guan Yin style oolong, delivering the gorgeous aromas and flavors this tea is capable of. The tea in your bag is made up of uniformly small, tightly hand-rolled emerald green pearls that will open into large leaves, filling your teapot. The brewed tea liquor is an enchanting emerald green color with tantalizing floral notes and a satisfying lingering taste. This tea can be re-brewed many times to give you an oolong journey.
